Meet Dakota & Maggie Adair

Pastor Dakota and Maggie started dating in high school and have now celebrated nearly 8 years of marriage. They're parents to their son, Elijah, and their daughter, Lucy.

Maggie was raised in a loving home, where her parents instilled in her a deep love for Jesus. After surrendering his life to Christ, Dakota's path intersected with Maggie's, she invited him to church with her and her family, and that gesture sparked a journey of discovering how God uses the local church to help people know and follow Jesus.

Their calling has led them to plant new roots in a new place, all for the purpose of inviting others to experience a personal relationship with Jesus.

Cy Calhoun

Cy Calhoun, Family Ministries Director at Heirloom, brings passion, experience, and creativity to his role. With a background in camp ministry and a heart for connecting with the next generation, he empowers young people in their faith and equips parents as disciple-makers. Cy and his wife, Lauren Calhoun, share a deep commitment to Jesus and the local church. Outside of ministry, Cy enjoys gas station pizza, lactose-free milk, and competing in triathlons.

Leadership Structure

Jesus Christ is the head of the Church and God has the ultimate and final authority over all matters of His Church. Under this authority, Heirloom is currently led by Dakota with the guidance and accountability of pastoral coaches from SEND NETWORK and an advisory team of supporting partners referred to as the Strategic Planning Team (SPT). As Heirloom grows it will be led by a board of local, biblically qualified elders according to 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9.
